Creating event/party with a hostess

I own a ceramic paint studio and I have people schedule a paint party. How do I create a party/event for people to order their item under the hostesses name? 
ex: Susie is hosting a paint party she has 10 people attending. Each person wants to order a different item. But it all needs to show under Susie’s party. Can anyone help?

Maybe if you create an invoice under Suzie Name but the different orders listed with each persons name listed also. Then total it all together with the taxes included. 

That's just an idea that came off the top of my head. Hope it steers you in the right direction.
