Creating an "add-on" sale to specific items

Hi all,

We sell jewellery including earrings on our site. We want to link certain earrings that are for sale to specific earring backs that we also sell, creating an add-on sale (ie can we put these as an option?).

Hi @Sanfords 👋 thanks for your post. 

It sounds like Modifiers might be the better option instead of Options here. Modifiers are generally used for toppings, add-ons or special requests, etc. 

To create a modifier set:

1. From your Square Item Library, go to Modifiers.
2. Click Create a modifier and enter your modifier information.
3. Click Save when finished.

In your Item Library, you’ll then see your modifier sets appear as options when creating and editing items. Check the box next to a modifier set to apply it to your item.
