Creating Custom bundles for customers

Hello all, I am trying to figure out how to create bundles for customers to purchase online or instore for the holidays. I am looking at having 4-5 different products listed, and having multiple variations of each product available.. for example....

Coffee:

Costa Rica

Ethiopia

Espresso

Cold Brew

Syrup:

Vanilla

Lavender

Caramel

Cinnamon

Shirt:

Logo 1

     Color 1

          Small

          Medium

          Large

     Color 2

          Small

          Medium

          Large

     Color 3

          Small

          Medium

          Large

Drinkware:

Hot 12oz

Hot 16oz

Iced 24oz

Glass Mug

I want these all to be available, but not required. Is this possible?

This is totally possible! 
Just make a variation for each item. 

each bundle would be a set price (name the bundles) 

then inside would have different modifier sets! 

modifier name: 

Syrup- 

then each one listed.
