Create a Tariff Service Charge for Online

I am located in Canada, and a lot of my sales are from USA customers. I would love to see how you are making the tariff charges work for your online sales. It looks like at this point the duties need to be collected before shipping (if using Canada Post). I currently have my US shipping turned off but I really would like to offer it again if it's feasible.

Maybe I will need to run them all thru manually in my POS or via invoice?
