When our customers purchase over the 'free shipping' order amount, we are no long able to create a shipping label within Squareup. We also can't create the Packing Slip.
This doesn't make sense from a workflow perspective.
How can we have our employees create the shipping label with Canada Post and the Shipping Label on free shipping orders through Squareup?

Do you know if the shipping provider you chose goes through Shippo or not?
I'd like to dig into this more with you but wanted to see if that's the account your labels typically run through or not.

I use Canada Post for all our shipping. I don't believe they go through Shippo.
We can create the shipping labels no problem for any orders that don't have the Free Shipping option / discount. But as soon as that promo discount applies, we can't create the shipping label within the system and we also can't create a packing slip.
