I double-checked all my settings for the coupons. I have dug through everything. They all say they are "Active". I tried more than once, I tried using the link instead. It SAID the code was applied to the order. It wasn't. AND wouldn't work manually that way either.
I have posted multiple codes assuming it will work, and now I know WHY my customers never use them! This is embarrassing!!!! I put one in my Christmas card. It makes me look like I am not legit!! It also makes sense to why my referral numbers have dropped. From what I can tell NOTHING has worked since the coupons were moved into the marketing part.
For reference, there is NO limit to the number of times it can be redeemed. NO active code works. Everytime I get the same error.
