I am frustrated by the way Square is resizing/cropping my event images. For the desktop I use a square image (1080x1080) to show in the Event module on my website. That seems to work fine.
When the event is selected, the feature image for the event rescales to 1200x900 so the image is cropped.
The mobile version is even worse, as the feature image rescales to 1060x530.
If the base image is square, why wouldn't these other settings simply centre the graphic and provide a coloured background to compensate?
