The problem is it shows up with colour options that I dont have available and when I go into the product only the one colour shows up?

Could you confirm that the colors listed in the drop-down correspond to an option set you've created?

Is the issue affecting other items or only QR Girl Tee #1?

Here are some troubleshooting steps you could try in the meantime:

1. Delete the option set that features these colors, and recreate it again if you need to apply it to some of your items
2. Delete any option sets currently applied to item QR Girl Tee #1
3. Delete the checkout link for item QR Girl Tee #1
