I'm able to update order status to "Ready" or "Complete" via the online dashboard using a desktop, but the Weebly app only allows me to offer a refund of cancel an order, and not progress the order.
Am I missing something?

I am not totally sure about this as my website is not yet up taking orders, but it may be that you need to use the square app rather than the weebly app, as the square app seems to have more integrations for orders and eCommerce where as the weebly app appears to be used more for updating website features on the go.
