If you're referring to your business name in Square, you can go to the dashboard,
Account & Settings - Personal information - Edit next to Business Name and change it there.
If you need to change this information on your Weebly site, if you have the info synced with the dashboard, I believe it will update automatically. If you set up different info that's not synced, you will need to edit this info in the online section.
Online - Settings - General - Company name
