Category images not showing on homepage category section

I am currently on the basic paid plan and using the default theme. I added a "Featured categories" section on the homepage. When I add pictures to the category through the "Categories" page, nothing appears. I've added .jpg and .png. Both show when I'm editing the category and on the main Categories page, however, they won't appear on the homepage Featured Categories section.

 

 

Any idea on why this is happening?

Funny enough I JUST got off the phone with Square support. It was a syncing issues which fixed all my issues.

Whenever you have a moment, is this occurring with all your Featured Category sections or just one specifically?

Not sure how to send a link but here is the issue I am having.  My store has new retail which is imported from Faire which is great.  I also consign items and currently have 18 different people selling at my shop. Before Covid, we had a store and somehow set it up to run reports for each person with variable pricing, but I can't seem to figure it out again as I started over.  My ask is to be able to click on a Consigner (set up as a Category or Item?), enter the variable amount and then get a report on who sold what. I can't inventory everything they bring as it would be too labor intensive.  Does this make sense?  I appreciate your help!

Hi @allianda, the best way to check if your site is syncing correctly is by simply saving your changes and checking back on your live site and comparing.

 

Have you been noticing any syncing issues?
