Categories changes not showing

Hi, I have edited the name of one category and added a second one and, although the changes show on the website edit mode etc, it doesn't show in the actual website. I tried everything I could think of, different browsers, phones, computers. 

Can anyone tell me how to fix this? I tried some solutions found here but nothing worked. Everything is visible and correctly listed.

Hello I was seeing something similar

input new item;  select or change category and it still is registering uncategorized on our end of day report ticket even though the category is selected for the item on the dashboard for square pos.
