Card Not Supported

Hi all,

 

Andrew Drouin here.  I have been using SQUARE for about a year now, and each time that I visit to transfer funds to my Royal Bank account in the past, it's been no problem...

 

Tonight however, I went to transfer funds and get a "Card Not Supported" error - despite the fact that it's not frozen, it's not expired and I've used it a bunch of times in the past successfully.

 

Any ideas on this one?

Thanks for posting and welcome to the Seller Community @andrewdrouin 👋.

 

Your card might not be supported anymore for a number of reasons. Have you tried contacting your bank already ? Unfortunately we don't have access to your account information on the Community, and are unable to investigate here. I'd recommend contacting our Support Team by either phone or email, they'll be able to assist further.

 

In the meantime I suggest linking a different card or bank account to receive your transfers.
