Cant add phone number to my team

I cant add a team member to my team when I put name and email Im ok but when I add phone number it is telling me it is invalid. I am in BC and the number I want to add is from Ontario

Welcome to the Community! 

Is this team member the only one from Ontario? Could you send over a screenshot or description of the error whenever you try to save their phone number? 

Also, are you trying to add this on your Dashboard or through the App? If you're trying on the App, I would recommend trying on your Dashboard. 

Even though your business is in BC and the team member is from Ontario, you should still be able to add their phone number. I just tested my US account, by adding a Canadian phone number to a team member's profile. 

I will keep an eye out for your reply👀.

Thanks for the info turns out I have to put a 1 in front of the number never even crossed my mind to do that
