Cannot login to my account and receiving no emails

I have been trying to login to my business's account for the last couple of days. I was last able to login and make website edits in January. I tried logging in just to make a quick edit earlier this week and it said I had the incorrect username/password. After several tries and ensuring that my information was correct, I tried to reset my password. I tried resending the email several times, but never received an email from Weebly/square to reset my password. I have also tried submitting the form for support approximately 4-5 times and have not received any emails. I'm concerned that I have inadvertently unsubscribed from Weebly/square emails entirely. (I have checked my spam and blocked email addresses with no luck, so it's not on my email's end.)

 

Can someone at support please help me check the status of my account? The account in question is  However obviously emails to that address are not working, so please use the email connected to this post or reply here. Let me know if you need more info from me! Thank you!

 

P.S. I wish there was a way to receive support without logging in. I had to create another account just to create this post.
