Cannot access square online from dashboard

On my square dashboard the online directs to weebly & does not allow sign on with square option. My WP site has an embedded square store link (okay from WP end). Five times over 10 days the site has show various error messages.  Each time it is resolved with Square republishing the online store for me since I cannot access it directly.

Tired of this endless loop.  Now square support just sends me from department to department without any resolution.

Hi @drsaritacox.  Would I be correct to say that you have a Weebly site, and not a Square Online site?  If so, I am aware of some weirdness there, because I have a legacy Weebly site for another business.  If you DO have a Weebly site, don’t sign into Squareup.com directly.  Rather sign out of all Square/Weebly stuff, then go to Weebly.com. There you will find the “sign on with Square option.”  Use this ONLY to sign into the Weebly editor.  

 

I’ve found that sometimes it will work to go through squareup.com.  But it is a randomly hit and miss proposition.  Hopefully this works for you.

If you were using Square website this wouldnt be an issue, but unfortunatly there is not much we could do to support your 3rd party integration. This would likely be better worked out with wordpress support

This is verified as not a WP issue.  It is either a weebly or square issue since they resolve it each time.

I have a WP site with an point of sale online website (probably powered by weebly).

 

From my square dashboard, when I try to open the online element, I am redirected very briefly to

 

then re re-directed to

https://www.weebly.com/app/front-door/signin?path=login#/

which re-directs to the same and never moves past log in

@drsaritacox Did you try what I said above about NOT logging in using squareup.com, but rather signing in through Weebly.com?  That’s the only path that works for me.
