Cannot Add TXT DNS record

Hello,

Im trying to add a DNS Record from google for SEO purposes but when I go to weebly.com/home/domains and add it from there. Its seem to give me an error "Something went wrong. We ran into a problem while saving your changes."

I talked with customer support they said that I needed to verify the domain but I had already completed this when I first purchased the domain. 

TXT and points to: google-site-verification=FvhB4qx8t4QxdUptWDrjip9F4vCpxNns_T9_RSjUmQ4

It’s also worth noting that TXT records can take up to 48 hours to propagate, which is a standard timeline across various platforms, not just for Square Online settings.

Hello @Mattrezzz . You should be able to that, I use my square online and use a third party for my domain and was able to do this without any issues? What are you using for your domain? 
I have realized Square support isn't the best especially when it comes to responding to anything technical

Thank you for your reply. Im using the square domain, however, they didnt clarify that I must verify the domain through email, when I first purchase the domain. So now when trying to get access to DNS records, it was locked. They stated that once I receive my email that I would be able to access domain settings. However, waiting 24 hours to do a simple change is not very pleasing to here, especially trying to get things going.

What did you end up doing?  I have a txt file from Microsoft I need to plant somewhere on my square site.  My domain is managed by Google (Squarespace).  I cannot figure out how or where to upload that file.
