Hi - does anyone know if you can disable emails being sent when an order is marked as shipped? I use a 3rd party provider and they take care of sending shipping notification emails - I don't want customers to get two of them.

At this time there isn't a way to disable those order confirmation or order shipped emails. Sorry about that! Maybe this is a feature we'll be able to offer in the future. Thanks for surfacing this.
@Lou8 Thank you for helping with the coupon issue. Another issue I am having is the same as the user above. The option for us to uncheck the box to notify customers of shipping has been removed. I am a photographer and need to mark my orders shipped even if I am still working on them and they will pick them up in person. It confuses my customers getting shipping notifications ever since the below option was removed. Can we please have the option re-implemented?
I am having a lot of problems with this aspect of using Square. Today, I marked orders for an EVENT as complete because the event had passed. The people registered got messages saying that their orders were ready for pickup. What the heck?
Also, for online orders that need to be shipped, I use Shippo which connects to Square. Usually, Square recognizes the shipment has been done through Shippo and updates the order accordingly. However, sometimes it doesn't. By the time I realize the shipped order is still showing in Square, the customer may have received it already. But when I mark it as shipped in Square, the customer will receive another shipping notification, confusing the heck out of them. They contact me and ask me why I have shipped the item again and are they being charged again.
Sellers need to have the flexibility to control these things!
