This seems to be a common issue but I'm hoping someone has a solution that actually works.
This is happening with 6 different items in different categories. These items were deleted a while ago but are still showing up on the website and I've tried clearing the cache and cookies, searching with different filters, deleting the shop page and re-adding it, restarting, different devices, ect. nothing is working.
Any other solutions to fix this syncing issue?
EDIT:
Also to add, it seems like the items don't have proper item IDs that usually appear at the end of the URL, so instead of something like "website.com/product/product-name/ABCD123ABCD123..." its just 2-5 numbers ex. "website.com/product/product-name/12"
You are supposed to be able to use the string after "product-name/" in the item library and the URL should look like this: "dashboard/items/library/react/ABCD123ABCD123..." but "dashboard/items/library/react/12" doesn't work and just sends me to create an item, the AI chat bot says it's because the items are hidden/archived but I checked and the items are not in the item library no matter what filters I used.
These items STILL show up on the website, I can't delete the pages because they're classes as item pages, I can't find these items in the item library, and I can't use the URL to locate the items in the item library.
Why are the IDs just a couple of numbers (this might help me find the items if they still do exist in the item library and aren't showing up)?
How in the world do I find and delete these items/ stop them from showing up on the website?
Is this a Square Up issue?
Are the items showing up in your item library?
No they're not in the library at all...
