Can't add items in my website

Did anyone get an answer for this. I click on Create your first item and it opens a new blank tab.

Could you give me some more information or a screenshot on what you're seeing whenever you try to add a new item? It will help me make sure I am pointing you in the right direction. 

There is this Support Article on how to add those items to your Online Store. Are these the steps you followed and got that blank tab?
