Can no longer arrange items in online site

Until very recently we have been able to move items around within categories using the "Arrange and Add" feature in the online store. Now when I try to move items, the site stalls and I get the spinning circle icon. I have to back out of that page to get the spinning to stop. This has been going on for a couple of weeks now and I would really like to be able to arrange the items in my online store to have certain items at the top! I've tried in several different browsers and continue to get the same result. Any suggestions would be appreciated!

Are you referring to arranging items and categories on this page?
