Can I have items that are only available online?

I have a physical store, and I am happy only having one item for soap, I don't care which scent it is, they are all the same size and price. But I want to have a page online with each soap scent as a separate item. Can I do that? How do I do that without adding to my POS library?

@HolidayFarm You would go to your online dashboard and to edit your website. From there, you can add the items you want on your site and then go down to "shared settings ---> item sync" and just turn off the item catalog syncing and you will have an online catalog and your in person catalog.
