Can I download the contact information for every recipient of unused gift cards?

I have a bunch of gift cards floating around out there that have not been used. I'd love to be able to send a targeted marketing email to everyone who has an unused gift card reminding them it exists and they might want to redeem it. I also would like to send out thank you notes to everyone who purchased one as a way to help the business out while we were shut down for the pandemic. Any ideas?

Hi @AthenaBodywork! Welcome to the Seller Community. You can reach out to lapsed customers through email marketing, but there isn't a way to reach all the customers in the way you described above. If a customer was tagged to a gift card sale, you can export your transactions detail CSV and filter all the transactions by gift card and those with a customer name tagged to it, but that still wouldn't include all of the customers who had a gift card. 

Your best option would be to send a blast email to all customers who have made a purchase in the last few weeks (or your regular customers) to thank them for their purchases during the pandemic.
