Can I add a Schedule order banner?

I've seen on someone else's site- a Schedule order banner on their menu products page. This is nice because it is present at the top of the page. Currently you can only see fulfillment after adding to cart. Any help is appreciated! 

Looking for the Banner to be just under the main navigation at the top.
