A colleague of ours had recently notified us of a business facing fines due improper implementation of Proposition 65 Warning labels.
To my understanding businesses with less than 10 employees are exempt from all Prop65 laws.
However I would like to plan for a future in which we do have more than 10 employees.
How are you/your business handling these prop 65 warnings on your products physically, and how are you handling the warnings required for online sales?

Currently we have a "modifier" that says the P65Warnings on each and every single item we sell but seeing as we are not required to we are thinking about removing this modifier.
Any thoughts?
