My customer usually write down the date, time and kids name to join our one-time art workshop, after purchase the tickets, our staff can see the note at receipt emails, but customers email receipt doesn't show what they have wrote in the note to us, they forgot what day and time they wrote. it cause so much extra work to answer timing again in a separate conversation!
How and where to set up so my customers can see the Note to Seller show up at their email confirmation? I tried online >> Communications>> Email & text alerts, doesn't work
HI, the information is Note to SELLER, the customer does not have access to SELLER information. To capture information from the customer you can add Text Boxes. The Date and Time added under Options and Pricing. Name Text under Modifiers.
