My customers select their item, and choose 'Pickup' for order fulfillment. A pickup location is selected by default, and often this selection is not correct, so my customers have to change the pickup location.
When customers try to change the pickup location in their cart, there are no issues. Users can click 'Change location', select a new location by clicking anywhere in that location's frame, and click 'Done' to save.
When customers try to change the pickup location during checkout, there are a few issues.
Square's Online store is great in supporting multiple locations, with a mix of pickup and delivery fulfillment! However this inconsistent user experience is tough, my customers hit checkout and don't know how to proceed. I'm getting calls for help, or reports of folks just dropping off because it's difficult to troubleshoot.
Has anyone else had these issues? Are these bugs being tracked on Square's side?
I took a peek at your website to test some of these things on my laptop yesterday, @DishPlz. Although the mobile view of your website was working perfectly, I was able to replicate the issues detailed within your first two bullet points using the web view.
However, it looks like our team has made some changes to the checkout flow since yesterday, and the web view should now have a right-hand sidebar (instead of a pop-up menu) when changing the fulfillment method:
