Banner Error

I setup an online site uisng the restaurant template and when I try to edit the Banner on the "order online" page I keep getting an error.  "There was an error loading this section"

In order to best help you troubleshoot here, are you seeing this error when viewing your site on your mobile device? - or rather are you seeing this when editing on the Online Dashboard.

We would recommend making sure the device you are using is running its most up-to-date version of its software. Here is a guide to help.

I am seeing this when editing from the desktop browser.  I am using Google chrome on Windows 10.

I am seeing this same error. I have tried two different browsers, logged out and logged back in and cleared cashe and cookies. This is an issue for me because I am waiting for Square Tech to get back to me because my old business address is appearing in this section when ALL my addresses have been updated on all relevant information pages connected with my business. NEED HELP ASAP!!!!!

Currently having this same issue. All events pop up on desktop site but do not on mobile. Error code “There was an error loading this section” appears?

Sorry to hear you are having some trouble with the website! I believe there was a brief hiccup on Thursday with some Square Online sites not loading properly. Info here

Are you still experiencing the loading error on mobile? If so, can you confirm your website URL, and the type of mobile device you are using?
