I’ve had several orders come through in the last hour, but my balance is not updating. Is anyone else having this issue tonight?
That's super strange. Mine from today seems fine, but we've also been closed for the last three hours. I would recommend checking again in the morning, and also making a copy of the transaction receipts you're waiting on just in case
I am currently having that issue. I can’t find answers on site and have to wait to talk to a rep in the am.
