I did a transaction hours ago and it reads processed. Read payment confirmed too and it’s not showing in my balance activity. Everywhere I look it shows normal processing but nothing reflects on my balance tab.

I just took a look and it appears that Square is needing to verify your Square account. An email was sent over by our Square team with next steps. Once your account is verified, you should have no problem accessing your balance.
