Balance Not Updating

The title of this thread has been edited by a Square Moderator from the original: Transaction not reflecting on balance activity

 

I did a transaction hours ago and it reads processed. Read payment confirmed too and it’s not showing in my balance activity. Everywhere I look it shows normal processing but nothing reflects on my balance tab.

Hi @MARSYXE, thank you for reaching out.

 

I just took a look and it appears that Square is needing to verify your Square account. An email was sent over by our Square team with next steps. Once your account is verified, you should have no problem accessing your balance.

 

Please let us know if you end up having any difficulties with this and we can take a another look for you.
