Automatic Discount set for 1 location is appearing on all locations

I'm having a problem that is creating a good bit of customer confusion. I have a repeating BOGO discount (every Wednesday) that is set to only apply to 1 of my locations. I have the setting applied in Dashboard > Items > Discounts > [My Discount] > Locations

 

I also have it set to appear on my e-commerce platform (Square online).

 

The discount appears on my menu which is cool, but the problem is that it appears on my menus for all of my locations. So when a customer tries to check out at a different location from where the discount is, they think they're getting the discount and then it does not apply in their cart.

 

If they're checking out on the location where the discount applies, everything works fine. But it is making it so that I'm either not able to use this feature (disabling the discount) or having to deal with customer confusion and/or honor the discount when I didn't want them to see it in the first place. 

 

Can anyone please help? This seems to be a bug in the Square back end. I've been trying with support for 2 weeks to fix this, via chat, email, phone and no one is able to find a solution for me. Thanks in advance!

I looked into this for you and was able to confirm that at this time if you set this type of discount available online it will be displayed but only applied to the available location. While our team works to better improve this feature we recommend adding the promotions details to the description of the items and on the website for the visibility of your customers.
