Are your categories gone now too?

All of my categories have been gone for about a month now although they still show in the dash.. Links to categories do not work either. This is in addition to a very slow performing website for the entire year. All I ever hear is that they are working on it. At least be honest with us and tell us exactly what is going on and how long we can expect before this is finally fixed.....!!

I want to make sure I provide you with the most accurate information. Are you experiencing this issue with your categories on your Square Online site, or are you using Square for the Restaurant KDS system?

This happened to us during the migration from Weebly Categories to Square Categories. We should have been advised in advance. Meanwhile our clients are unable to use the drop downs, nor the categories, to locate a work of art. They need to know *the title* to find it.  We were able to fix it by manually adding categories on the Square side to each and every item. Very tedious, and this should have been tested before roll out.
