Are customers able to have an account without their payment info being stored?

Is there a way for customers to be able to have an account where they can save their items without their payment info being kept.

Your customers are looking to reserve items without paying for them? Or are you looking to hide the functionality of them saving their card on file and thereby you skipping that 3.4% charge (or whatever it is) for processing a payment with a stored card on file?

Yes, hid the functionality of saving their card info so that if a cyber attack occurs I do not have any payment information stored.
