My business location time zone in my profile for customers making appointments is locked to Hobart Tasmania.
All appointments MUST remain to this time zone no matter where I am traveling.
I travel interstate and overseas with my iPhone and the time zone automatically updates on my phone as I need to know what the local time is when I travel.
However, the appointments app is shifting ALL existing appointments already scheduled to match my current time zone.! It is moving everything ahead by 2 hours and then allowing customers to book appointments in spaces that are already taken or when I am closed.!
So when I return home or change to another time zone, the app will move them again to match that time zone instead of remaining locked to by business time zone…..
I am having people suddenly now being able book appointments for example at 0630am in my current time and they are thinking it is 0830 Hobart time.
How do I lock the appointments app to show all appointments in my business time zone and to STAY in that timezone no matter where I am located or traveling? I cannot possibly manage appointments if every time I enter a different timezone the app goes and shifts everything.
It is causing customers and me alike huge confusion..!
