I cannot access my account, I have been calling for 1 month, hung up on 2 and my case has been escalated 6 times with no return calls or emails as promised. Has anyone else had issues with getting proper service because I’m completely dissatisfied. What should I do about this , should I go to a local news? Where should I report this?
