Animating and coloring the navigation bar

Is there a way to make the text/background of a link on the navigation bar change colors when hovering over them with the mouse? What about making the text/background of a link change to a different color when you're on that specific page?

Is there a way of changing the color of the sticky navigation bar to another color instead of the standard gray/white? Depending on the colors you choose for your site, once the sticky bar activates and comes down, you won't be able to see your text or it clashes with the colors you chose for your site.

I feel like these points would help out with site interactivity and keeping it all cohesive.

HI, there are a few places within the Editor you can adjust the Header settings.

ex. steps below are within your Editor

ONE) within Editor, scroll down to Site Design, you can “Pick A New Style”

TWO) select Header, scroll down to Customize, scroll down to select your Color Style

I guess I should've made myself a little clearer. Yes you can customize the header color but if you use the sticky header (like I would prefer using), then once you start scrolling down and the header comes down it changes to a different color - gray on mine. Is there a way to change the color of that header that comes down to match the color of the header when you're at the top of the page?

Example: I had a black header originally with white text and the sticky header. I didn't know this but when the sticky header gets "activated" and comes down, it would change to a light gray, and would still keep the white text. The sticky header was basically illegible. So for this reason I had to change my black header to be the color of the light gray. Doing so changed the text color to black.

At this time these settings cannot be customized. I recommend you submit a Feature Request here. This will help our product team get visibility and track other Sellers with similar interest in your request.
