I can post a pop-up on my Square Online Booking website, but it doesn’t show up on my Square Go app. This is frustrating trying to keep clients informed of changes, or vacation dates, or any important news my clients need to be informed of. It’s inconsistent. Am I just not aware of how to turn this feature on the App?

Is your pop-up added as a new location in your Square account?
Have you enabled an online booking site for this location and is the site set up?
If that's the case, you can use this link to enable Square Go for that location. On that page, if for some reason your Square Go is not available for that specific location, it'll say so.
If you do come across the "Square Go is not available for this location" message, I would recommend reaching out to our direct support team so they can take a look at your account and determine why the location cannot be added to Square Go.
