So sorry for the trouble with your booking services. This sounds strange, indeed. We can assist with walking through some troubleshooting steps from our side, but we may need you to reach out to our Support Team directly if we can't diagnose.
First things first, are your services enabled from the Visibility & Display settings within your Appointments Tab? This is an action you will have to check directly from the Online Dashboard. We would also suggest reviewing this helpful resource to insure services have been created and activated successfully.
