I opened up afterpay on my square site, but it isn't available for services. Is this going to stay that way or is there something I can do to change this feature?
Depending on the service, it may not be available. They seem to have a decent amount of service and item categories that are eligible for Afterpay in their Merchant TOS. I don't know if your services fall under their categories or not.
