Adding cc payment info

I'm unable to send invoices to customers with my new square account. Says I can't accept cc and the cash option doesn't even work. How do I fix this?  Delete account and start over or what?

Have you gone throught the erifazction process and verifired your identity? 

 

Before you can take payments, you must complete the identity verification process for your Square account. This step is required by regulations and part of our ongoing effort to keep your account and communications secure.

 

The identity verification process only needs to be completed once, and the steps are located in your Setup Guide on your online Square Dashboard. Once you complete this process, you will be able to take payments.
