Ad Account Not Allowed to Create Pixels

I'm trying to connect my facebook page so that I can use shopping on Instagram. I can't seem to get past the Facebook Pixel page without this error: Ad Account Not Allowed to Create Pixels

I have an Ad account that I use, and I can select my Facebook page, but then get this error. Any suggestions?

@angstandco are you trying to connect your online store to Facebook? If so, do you have the Square Online Store or are you using another platform?

Hey man! Im having the same problem and I wanted to know if you could tell me what you did.

It was a real pain and I can’t remember the exact steps, but I think I had to manually add my Facebook pixel to my square website.

I am going to try and go through the steps for you. Can you refresh my memory about this issue - is it happening when you are in square and are trying to connect Facebook?  Or is it when you are in Facebook and trying to connect to Square?

As I mentioned above I tried so many things and then got it to work, so with a refresh of information from the people having this issue, I can probably retrace my steps.

When logged into square trying to connect to facebook.

Try creating a pixel in Facebook Business Manager first and then manually adding it to Square under the tab Website - Facebook - Facebook Pixel. Let me know if that works or if you have other questions.

I included a screen shot of where I was able to paste the Facebook Pixel I created in Facebook.
