If I'd like to sell engraved magazines, is that a violation of terms? It's not a "part" of a firearm, nor does it cause injury -
Thanks
Hey @BadArmory,
Thank you for reaching out and expressing interest in Square! @TheRealChipA is correct— the sale of firearm parts is prohibited under our terms of service. Generally anything that goes on a gun is considered violative. That includes magazines.
We apologize for any confusion. If you have any further questions, feel free to reach out.
Hey there, @BadArmory. Per this Square help document, section 3.10, we may not “use the Services for the sale of firearms, firearm parts, ammunition, weapons or other devices designed to cause physical harm;”
Ammunition magazines ARE a firearm part. That clause doesn’t leave any doubt that Square is not to be used for anything related to the firearms trade, period.
I’ll tag a couple of Square Moderators to confirm this, but I’m pretty sure they will have the same answer. @Breffni @_Violet @KatieSQ @JJ_
