Which category should I select when signing up as a CIC/not-for-profit?

The title of this thread has been edited from the original: CIC/Not for profit category

I'd like to sign up to Square, but I'm unsure which business type and category I should place my business under?

I run a CIC (not for profit) which deals with health and wellbeing.

Thank you.
