Stuck at 92% setup

I'm trying to set up Square for a community organisation. The website says I'm 92% setup. When I click the setup bar, it says "Activate your account" is 4/5, with "Add your Business Information" still pending. When I click "Add your Business Information", it just opens a new tab with the Home Dashboard...keeps going in loops! I can't find anywhere in the settings that seems to be missing information.

Welcome to Square, and great job getting your account set up to 92%!

Fun fact: I don’t think I’ve ever hit 100% on the setup bar across any of my own Square accounts, and I’ve signed up, cancelled, and re-signed up for just about every feature under the sun! 😄

That progress bar simply reflects how much of the full suite of features you've explored or activated. It’s not an indicator of whether your account is ready to use, you can absolutely start using Square without hitting 100%.

Card processing activation timelines can vary depending on the business type you selected during sign-up and how long it takes to review your details. 

If you're curious about what remaining steps you're being prompted to complete (totally optional!), just log into your Square Dashboard and click the notice board icon in the bottom-left corner. You’ll see any suggested steps, like buying hardware or setting up certain features. Some of these may not apply to you, so feel free to take them with a grain of salt.
