hey @Beachcomber - you're at the Square community so not the best people to help with the Sumup reader.
Can recommend Square though - Amazon has the reader in stock for next day delivery here, or direct from Square too.
If that was just a typo, then make sure your reader is charged and then press the power button for 3-5 seconds for the orange lights to flash. Make sure you're pairing within the Square app and not the phone settings. The full help article can be found here.
