Eligibility

I have filled everything in and just been told my account is ineligible. What is going on?!

If you could let me know a little more about your eligibility query, I'll be happy to provide some insights.

 

As you've posted on the 'New to Square' board, I'm assuming that you've had some trouble with your account registration? Could you let me know if you've received any communication from our team to advise that your business type is not supported by Square? Or, is it that the identity verification process has failed, for example?

 

Most account activation issues can be either resolved, or explained. However, I'll just need a little more info to look into it further for you.
