What steps can I take to remove malware from my website?

As a developer, I created a site named cps-tester for testing purposes, but it has recently been blocked by many servers due to malware. I was informed by my IT team that I need to reach out to the web provider to have the malware removed. How can I connect with support to have this resolved? Thank you in advance for your help.

Sorry to hear you're having issues with malware on your website. I was able to do some digging and found a thread where another seller was experiencing this issue. 

From what I have seen, if that doesn't work - you will have to contact our CS Team to look further into it. You can use this number: 1-855-700-6000. They are available Monday to Friday from 8am to 8pm CST.
