Customer places order in our store and when they enter the info for the card to proceed and make the payment, thie message above - Product is not synchronized. Order placement has failed. - this comes with all products within the store. this is also a new account
Sorry to hear the issues your customers run into when ordering on your site. Are you using Square's Online store to an eComm partner?

Nope, using square with Magento 2 -
@OMGsquar gotcha - I'd reach out to them directly in case they have a fix for you. If they point the figure back at us, try to grab a case number from them so our Support Team can bubble your issue up to our Partnerships Teams.
