I'm on my third stand in less than 3 years, pretty frustrated.
Anyone else having issues with "not connecting" despite the internet connection being fine?

That does sound odd alright. Is the "not connecting" error appearing when you are trying to connect the iPad in the stand to the internet, or when you connect the iPad to the stand? Could you send over a screenshot of the error message you are seeing? Have you tried any of your own troubleshooting steps? The more information you can provide, the better I will be at finding a resolution.

Thanks, but I spent 7 hours on the phone with Square yesterday and it has been determined that the product (stand) failed, again.
Thankfully this time it was only 3 months old and covered by warranty. This will be the fourth stand in less than 3 years
