hello... our 3 month old gen 2 reader appears to be dead... no lights at all on button press or when plugged into charger... nothing... there is a rattle inside... could the battery have fallen out?... is this a warranty issue?... need to repair or replace?... no reader, no sales - HELP
Ok, plug it in and leave it for like a day if you can
then come back to it and hold that reset button for like 2 minutes

As @JTPets has stated, let's reset the reader. If you continue to have issues and are within the warranty window, you can replace the device.
